This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Wells County requests as follows:
- A docket sheet: run a docket search through MyCase, or request it from the clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court schedule, then confirm it with the clerk or court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search MyCase by party name or cause number
- Court records and case files: review court case records, or contact the correct clerk counter
The county custodian is Beth Davis, Wells County Clerk and Clerk of the Circuit Court. Both service counters are at 102 West Market Street, Suite 201, Bluffton, IN 46714.
